Stir fried prawn salad
Ingredients to prepare stir-fried prawn salad:
1tsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 thinly sliced onion, salt to taste, 250 gm prawns (washed and de-veined), shredded fresh lettuce leaves and oak leaves, 2 sliced cucumber, 2 tbsp Thai salad dressing, 1 tbsp sherry wine, sesame oil for cooking
Method to prepare stir-fried prawn salad recipe:
In a bowl mix soya sauce with sugar and allow the prawns to marinate in this mixture for 20 minutes.
In a heated wok sauté chopped garlic and onions in it for 30 seconds.
Now add prawns to the garlic-onion mixture and stir fry them on heated oil on high flame. Cook prawns till their color changes to opaque.
Now add sherry, pepper, Thai salad dressing and salt to mixture and mix well. Remove the wok from flame.
Transfer the dish to serving plate and add oak leaves, lettuce and cucumbers. Toss well.
