Ingredients to prepare best prawn recipe:
¼ cup frozen peas, 115g prawns, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh coriander, 2 tsp curry powder, ¼ finely chopped onion, 3 medium sliced mushrooms, 1 finely chopped clove garlic, 1 ¼ cups liquid chicken stock, 2 tsp oil, 1/3 cup uncooked brown rice
Method to prepare best prawn briyani:
Pour prawns in a dish and sprinkle lemon juice on it along with half amount of curry powder, lemon juice and coriander. Set the dish aside to get marinated.
Add onions and garlic in microwave-proof bowl with oil. Cook for 1 minute.
Add remaining curry powder and cook for a minute, now add rice to the boiling stock. Cook on high heat for 4 minutes. Don’t forget to stir in-between.
Now add mushrooms to it and cook gain for 1 more minute on high flame.
Add prawns and cook for 2 more minutes on high flame.
Add peas and finally cook for 2 minutes. Stir well.
